Coronavirus Covid 19 – Changes to Service
Following Government guidelines, to protect our clients and staff we have unfortunately needed to discontinue face-to-face counselling for the time being and to close our premises to the public. However, we are pleased now to be able to offer counselling by video or audio link to our highly trained professional counsellors. For the video link you would need to use a computer or laptop with microphone and webcam or a tablet or smartphone (we use the 'Zoom' video conferencing software). For an audio link you can just use a phone.
Please register for counselling by downloading a Registration Form from 'How to make an appointment', completing, signing and returning it - it will be quickest if you can scan and email it. Otherwise things remain the same (e.g. fees- see 'Our range of Services').
We intend to resume face-to-face counselling as soon as it is allowed.
