	Print out the form and send it completed to us with a £10 registration fee. As soon as we receive the form we will contact you with a date for a first appointment. This appointment will normally be within 10 days of receipt of your request. This will provide an opportunity for you to discuss your situation with a senior counsellor and for an assessment to be made as to the most suitable form of counselling help.
